Pictures below were taken today. Flag leaf picture in above link was taken on 7/26/18. That is 6 months ago. BTW, it was -6 degrees F. last night.

Bananas turned yellow and started dropping off:




The above banana weighs 144 g. It also tastes like a regular store bought banana. But, unlike a store bought banana, this banana and the ones from the plant labeled as 'Little Prince,' when peeled, have slightly fibrous strands from the peel remaining on the surface of the banana.

I still suspect that my plants labeled as "Little Prince' and 'Truly Tiny' are the same.

Under the hypothesis that, all else equal, the mass of a banana fruit is proportional to the cube of the pseudostem length, assuming the plants are the same variety, the predicted mass of this banana is:

110*(31/25)^3 = 210 g.

Well, back to the old drawing board.
