The plants are done for. Some of the Orinoco may grow new leaves if the temps warms up for a week or two. The plant with the bud can't grow new leaves. How big are the fingers? You might be able to salvage them for cooking.

What to do? ... Wait until spring, then plant more Bananas. OR, wait until spring to see which plants survive & grow back; THEN plant more Bananas anyway.
