if you make tostones with them you can fry or boil a few and mash them all together till you get enough. The Orinoco make excellent tostones. I love em.

In India they use under-filled fruit for all kinds of things. Even make a pickle out of them! I’ve never tried it. Just experiment. If you find something that works let us know! They can be very good!
