I am sorta in the first stages of this also. I was wondering if I should grow more plantains. I have almost 50 varieties and first ones I decided to get rid of are tall namwah and tall red. I may keep one each just because but not for fruit production. I am very interested in your plans, models, and customers so I can replicate in my area.
