guess what???? your gonna have new leaves!!! oscar did that, where the leave poked out the side. when i first saw this i thought of 'alien'. i swear i did,no joke. brutus my saba dosent grow that way. however on my oronicos i have noticed this. my oscar and the 3 dwarf orinocos i just got a week or so ago are doing this so its got to be this species. then when you get your second or third leaf, they are big enough to wrap a mini cooper in. im so happy for you! i get excited when mine get a new leaf. congrats.
