My best guess is tall Brazilian (which is called Ladyfinger in Australia, or at least an extremely close relative is called that, and often called Ladyfinger in the US, Hawaiian Apple in Hawaii, etc.). The hands look too closely spaced to be Manzano. The bunch hanging at a 45 degree angle from the p-stem and then the rachis with a sharp downward bend are typical traits of Brazilian (but not exclusive to it). On the other hand, that would be one heck of a bunch for Brazilian, in terms of number of fingers and hands. So I'm not positive that it is Brazilian.

EZ, if your "Manzano" consistently fruits at 7-8', then it probably isn't Manzano, which typically fruits at 10'+. Hawaiian Apple (Brazilian) seldom fruits at less than 10'. That would be a typical height for Dwarf Brazilian (Prata Ana, Dwarf Hawaiian Apple). The fruit of Dwarf Brazilian and Manzano are easy to tell apart: thick peel for DB, thin peel for Manzano; and if Manzano is the least bit underripe (e.g., any green on the peel at all), it is essentially inedible because it is so astringent.
