No this was a person going by Linda Dibb Tonkel and email of
lindadibbtonkel@yahoo.com. Claimed to be in Michigan.
A search of her email shows connection to selling medical marijuana.
I placed a claim with PayPal, I was skeptical so made sure I used PayPal only.
They used a photo from here back in 2007 without the watermark via email to lure me in.
Will see what happens with PayPal.
