There are some alternate ways to get your pics into your posts. Some folks upload the pics to their photobucket accounts, then add the pics to their posts from there. I add pics to my Blogger blog, then just copy and paste the html info from the post editor there over to the 'Post Reply' or 'Post New Thread' editor here.

I've never done what you're doing, so I can't speak from experience, but I'd wait till spring before doing any major messing with the corms and roots. Seems like that would give them the best chance at handling the winter well, and for getting pups and mommas re-established quickly after being separated.
