I also Bought a LiLa Avacado Tree about 8Ft Tall Grafted , Its The 2nd Most Cold Hardy Avacado Tree Next To The Joey .
The Avacado Tree Can Take Upto 18f It should be Ok With NE Florida.

I'd be suspicious of those tags saying how much cold they can take.. Maybe a 12 year old plant, but not a young one. I saw a Lila Avocado @ Lowe's and it was growing like madd compared to the rest.. Glad your test worked.. :^)
