I have lots of 50# chicken/horse/dog feed bags. Roll them down about 3/4 add soil and compost plus about 4 seedling potatoes per bag. Once the seedlings are about 8" tall, I roll up some more bag and add more soil, repeat a few more times until the bag is all filled up. I will then just leave it alone other than watering it occasionally. After the top green has died, just split up the bag with a knife or scissors and start harvesting your potatoes.
