The main problem was that the owner was posting on here as a customer of theirs, hiding the fact that he was actually the owner. He was giving great reviews about all the plants he claimed he got from them. Then when confronted as actually the owner, and not the customer he was claiming to be, instead of just admitting it he became very abusive, and I believe was banned from the forum. I don't know about plant quality or what type of service, but if you are reputable and have great customer service and great plants you would not need to try to pass yourself off as a customer. You would also not be abusive to prospective customers.
