Harvey, we eat them most years. Pretty popular in Europe , for some people it's an annual event. The French use them in many different ways for cooking ,perhaps an added value product is the way to go for you like specialist Chestnut paste with added flavors or pre-mixed Chestnut Stuffing for Christmas.
