I am contacting you in regards to your order. We have had an extremely large amount of complaints of our customers plants and trees arriving with frost damage and either they were dead or are dying, so we are either refunding our customers payment or temporarily holding orders for a few days until the weather is above freezing. I do not want to send you plants or trees that will arrive in that condition. I would much rather give your money back then for you to have to deal with this issue. It is not fair to you as a customer of ours and in good conscious will not do that to you or anyone else. We want you to have a positive experience with our company and not a negative one. The hold will only be very temporary and all orders will ship immediately upon the weather being more cooperative. So, if you could please contact me in return ASAP to let me know if this is ok with you, or if you would like your payment refunded. I sincerely apologize for this issue.
