Try this:
To make 1 litre of media, use distilled water.
2.1 grams MS medium
30 grams sugar
5 mg of BAP (5ml of stock 1000 mg / L solution)
8 grams of agar
1 ml PPM
You can add vitamins and coconut water and Indole Acetic acid, but start with this.
