Default Fruiting Question

This has been discussed somewhat a few years back but I have a fruiting question. My Raja Puri looks to have 6 hands of female fruit which are now 3 -4" long and then there are at least a dozen or more rows of male flowers with 1' fruit attached ending in the flower bud at the end. It does not appear if any of these are growing into normal sized fruit though some do appear to have grown slightly.

Should I remove the male flowers and the 1' fruit (stem like) attached? Would leaving them on rob the developing bananas of anything? The flowers have long since dried up but the small stem like fruit remains. Should I remove the flower bud?
