I've seen that on my bananas a lot right after winter. Its just stress and its not a big deal since it corrects itself when the better weather comes.
I guess you are getting endless rain there too! We have been getting rain pretty much every day here and some days bring as much as 3 inches (we have over 5 inches for the month now). Looks like Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday are the only sunny days in the 10 day forecast and every other day will be cloudy or very rainy (like all day rain). The ground is just mud here. I started planting things in the ground, and it looked like a bog until the heat and sunshine came in today. The rain is going to be the biggest set back for my plants.
