Well the water stays about 70 degrees, may be a little cooler at night and maybe a little warmer during the day. The containers are right in front of a south facing window, so both get plenty of sun. I used soil that was out in my garden and today I added a little earthworm castings to it.I still dont know why its taking them so long to open. I dont want to rush them but I want to start seeing the leaves come out of the water lol. I would love some peppers I'm still excited about the castor bean plant
