Seeds are popping!!!

I now have some oregano & mint sprouts! Too tiny to show just yet but they're there! I am too excited.

Some minor problems...

The germination sponges can begin to develop a white fuzzy hairy mold that grows on top and it can even affect your seeds from sprouting.

The way to remedy it though, is to not keep the water filled right to the top, until you see sprouts appear. Things can be a little too wet so it's important to make sure things are moist but not soggy.

I've changed my mind again! Big surprise!

I decided that I don't want to grow certain herbs after all and have replaced a few more with some great hot pepper varieties mixed in with the herbs I do want to grow and am interested in harvesting.
