Smile Plants Update

Wow, It has been a long time since I have posted something legit on this site. I have to say, I missed it.

Schools out for summer, I can now take better care of my plants.
I planted them all outside about a week or 2 before school ended, but are only picking up pace now.

Bananas-
California Gold- has grown about 2 feet taller (around 4 foot now) and when I came back from vacation, a nice sized pup on it.
Dwarf Cavendish- Healthy mom with 2 pups, one probably wont make it (something is eating it?)
Musella Lasiocarpa- sent out 2 pups, both fine, no surprise there!
Dwarf Red- Not Red, but growing just fine, only about 1 and 1/2 foot tall as of now.
Gran Nain- Same as Dwarf Red in size. Is it supposed to have Red coloring on leaves?!
Zebrina- I separated the pups and now on has another pup. (3 total)
Ornata- Recieved a mat (corm?) and shot out 5 plants, some now 3 feet tall already.

Canna-
Unknowns- Something is sealing the un-open leaves and eating them. Anyone know what that is? Also, Jap Beetles love the blooms =/
Stuttgart- Bought one plant, divided it, now I have 5 nicely burnt-leaved plants! I feel bad that all of them are burnt. But there isn't much I can do.
Mitchels Canna- Blooming and doing great, I am amazed at how thick the leaves are! It is truly a beaut. But the Jap Beetles love that too lol.

Ginger-
White Butterfly Ginger- Now is about 5 or 6 plants! Wow They multiplied fast!

Thats all for now, just a quick update. Maybe pictures to follow later.
