Sometimes when I click on a button the result doesn't appear immediately on my screen and I usually figure that's a graphics memory problem on my end or something. This happens often when I'm browsing the org on my cell phone.

Bryan, in the example you've shown above there shouldn't be a welcome button displayed for that person as you already welcomed her on 9/23/2009. Once you've welcomed someone, the button goes away. Is this one that was showing up on the new tool for you to welcome again? I haven't found any glitches in the new tool and wonder if some of the prior welcomes you've made just didn't register in the database at the time you clicked on the button.
