No worries, just gently unfold the leaf with your fingers. At least the new leaf came out OUTSIDE of the old leaf rather than pushing up into a still rolled-up cigar leaf. That's where problems arise. I'm sure the plant will be fine, just give it a hand and it'll continue to grow. The leaf unrolling problem likely won't continue.
