The long white one is an ink fungus most likely Coprinus comatus. So it is edible while young. But as soon as it becomes older and you see any black it is no longer edible. The others I don't know.

Browning out because a banana gets to little sun is not very likely. Seems to me your banana just needs to toughen up for a while. Every new leave will become stronger and stronger. If possible...

It could also be that this bananaplant was grown inside and isn't used to full sun. Then it goes through an adjusting fase. The old leaves will get sunburn. But the new leaves shouldn't get it...

It could also be that there is a flower coming. Then the leaves also will become smaller and smaller untill you get a flag and then the flower.

Can't you dig the plant out and try to overwinter the stem with the flower and one with fruit inside? The stems will die anyway so there is no harm in trying. If it works it's no loss.

You don't need to cut the leaf of. It's just a normal proces in bananas. The oldest leafs die. If a leaf on top turns yellow it would be different. Besides right now your banana is taking nutrients...
