I have a three bin compost pile and the worms love it. Always great to see half a dozen good size worms in a quart of so of soil. Add in some cardboard scraps and they are in seventh heaven.

You have a good location for nanners in southern alabama. Here in central Ohio we have about a six month season with a lot of work taking the plants in winter, over wintering then bringing them back...
