Normal Dwarf Cavendish I think heat may be the problem but my normal cavendish/williams grows a lot slower than the other varietys as well.

The heat issue might be that the ones behind the shed...

The Small ones at front of shed are mainly dwarf cavendish You can only see a leaf of first red dacca in last pic and first full one in pic Is my first successfull transplant of a sucker also dwarf...

Yes we have moist air here as well as good banana growing conditions just where I am located works out to be about zone 9.5 as we sometimes in winter get down to 0 degrees celcius about 37 degrees...

My order from the DPI will not be ready until about September but this I think is mainly due to it being spring by then and better chance of tubestock tissue cultures surviving rather than get thim...
