Looks great! i just had my first mimosa flower open up last week,though it was a much smaller, rounder flower than yours. Maybe a different variety who knows.

Yum! The skin on those looks smooth. Are they normally? Ours were fuzzy like a peach, but washed off with a quick rinse.
