Hey! Seeds germinate very easy, i sown 5 straight in my yard, no caring, no watering, no weeding...... 3 grew....2 are still alive after 8 months. :)

Are musa chiliocarpa and 1000 fingers de same?

Ive just bought m. Chiliocarpa and is descripted as 1000 fingers.....but it says that the bananas are only ornamental so.....i dont know what to believe. Haha.

Almost all my bananas are from them, second year on the soil is about to start. By now all looking good througth the winter. I ll keep updating, hopefully some bear a bunch this season. Cheers!

i've tried about 14 times to upload some pics, all under 5 mb size, one by one, 3 at the same time......and there is no f....... way to do it.

Sometimes it just change the screen and nothing...

So....i have a orinoco with 3 "trunks", one with bananas. There is 6 new pups coming , no one of this 6 comes from the frutified trunk? Interesting......:).
