Tony, are they harvesting the seeds as well or only removing and cutting those fronds off?

They might as well do it, when they are up. Many palms have too big fruit and it should pulled down before ripening, so that it doesn't fall and hurt the passerbies.

No market for Queen seeds in California. There are a lot of nurseries here with Queens they can't sell.

Great view, Ante! Here are 2 photos I took yesterday. The first one is laser light and rhinestones. I tried it with my cap but the stones were too small. But the sparkling effect is totally awesome! It works even better in the dark but unfortunately, my camera doesn't. The second photo is air traffic.

I have never seen 'air traffic' however I would say what you have is called: Chemtrails.
If you decide to look it up do your self a favor and do not start with the wiki page.
