My Trachys... Leafs 1, 2 and 3 are spear shaped, single leaves. Then 4, 5 and 6 are already divided, but not with complete shape and from this point anything that comes out will form typical palm and finger shaped leaves.

I wish mine grew that fast...Mine sprouted in late jan. or early feb. and are just now putting out there 3rd leaf. Is there any way to make it grow faster or what? I add a little bit of fertilizer when I fertilize my bananas too...

They will grow slowlier the first years, because most of the growth is below the ground level. You should make sure that the pots are deep enough, or, preferably, plant Trachys into the soil straight away. Then, after 4th leaf, the real speed kicks on and lasts 'til the stem is formed. Then it slows down a lil bit again.

Most my seedlings I have in styrofoam cups and they are on the 3rd and 4th leaves and the few I have in pots are on the 5th soon 6th.The potted palms are in miracle grow soil mixed with blood and bone meal and sheep manure.I have seedling growing in the ground around the house and they only have 3 leaves so I guess the pampering is helping my potted palms exeed!!!
