Will do, a couple of nice subdivisions around here and i might find someone to share their fruit. I like meeting new people anyway so it may just be a fun trip.
Thanks

Are the seed coming out real clean? I'm going to try your method. Found a yard full of incarnata vines loaded with fruit. How can I tell when they are ripe? The gentleman gave me a fruit right off vine that he said was on there a long time. It is sitting on the counter just waiting to supply seed. It has a hard shell and is green in color.

The fruit will turn color when ripe orange or yellow . It's best to let them drop from the vine.If you can get some pollen from this plant you can use it to pollinate your plant.

Default A Funny thing happened while Passiflora Seed cleaning

I shot a series of "seed cleaning pics" for my gallery, and while rinsing the seeds off...

... it turned out those buckets of sand we got from a guy down the road had a little bit more in them than just sand...

GOLD!!!

(I was wondering why the guy was keeping a bunch of 5-gallon buckets of sand in his garage)

You can see the whole series of seed cleaning pics, out of order but numbered, at: Banana Gallery - Bob3 Gallery

I'm heading back out to finish panning the other 9 buckets...
