Default Re: Palms in zone 7?

YES! DURATION is the problem! I've covered up my Meyer and Bismarckia because we've had basically 2 out of 3 nights getting into the upper 20s to mid 20s - cold enough long enough to do damage. This morning it got down to 26, one degree colder than the first morning. If it gets below 26 or so I'm probably going to need to put light bulbs under 'em to help 'em stay warm. But so far so good - two layers of visqueen on poles to keep as much plastic off of the leaves as possible.
