like many other members of this genus, may cause skin irritation due to the presence of corrosive oxalic acid (don't grow these where children can reach the temptingly colored seeds).
And there not kidding.Just cleaned some of these seed next time I'll wear gloves |

Its difficult to say for sure but i see Brahea(the round and flattened seeds),Syagrus(the mini coconut like) and maybe Washingtonia and Dypsis? A picture of the seeds cleaned would give a better idea

Chamaerops IMO. Seeds have very "unplesant" smell, hey?

1st Chamaerops humilis
2nd Latania sp. or Bismarckia but most likely Latania sp. 3rd probably Phoenix reclinata hybrid of some kind if clumping, maybe with P. canariensis

I dont remember seeing that one. It would be good if we could see trunks and the whole clump a bit better. That can be even two or more palm species there, like Pigmy date in front A. Wrighti for example.

The trunks seen cant belong to A. wrightii ,they are certainly of a Phoenix sp. . But,there is a slight possibility for a group planting of a solitary species although the palm is much more hybrid reclinata like than P. roebelinii like.

It can't be a pure P. reclinata unfortunately as leaflets of pure reclinata all are in one plane while in this one, they are not in one plane. It's pretty rare to find a pure reclinata in most places unfortunately. It does seem to be a reclinata hybrid though.
