Loquat problem
My loquat appears to have sapsucker damage but some of the spots are square and the size of dimes. Could this be because if have not noticed and now have some kind of disease in the bark? Trying to upload pics. No luck.

Re: Loquat problem
Your pics may be too large to load, make them 1000-1500 pixels on the long side and see if that helps.

Re: Loquat problem
Have been doing some research and it’s a sap sucker. Looks like it’s last years damage and he has not returned yet this year. What’s the best way to get this guy to find a better tree? Should I wrap the lower trunks with some irrigation pipe or burlap. Giving up on pics as of now. Thanks
