Default ID on bithday flowers

Recently, my wife got some flowers for her birthday.I know what some of them are, but not others.

In the picture above, I know the gerbera, the cala, and the white oriental lily, at he bottom, but what are those green things, between the two calas?

[IMG][/IMG]
This one is kind of easy. I know roses and alstromeria.

I have no idea what these big fuzzy things are. The little pink, upper left, is an anthurium.

There was some sort of glitch when I was posting this, and it came up twice. The other posting, with the same title, has a couple more pictures than this one.

John just add the other pictures to this one since you have replies and ask one of the mods to delete the other one for you since it doesn't have any responses.

The saw-toothed foliage is either Banksia or Protea leaves, the red foliage is dyed.
