who is growing this plant in zone 8b or 9a?
it looks nice but the most sources says that its hardy till zone 9b, or zone 10. who haves experience with growing these outside in full ground in cooler climaes? ![]() thanks,Daen

I planted it out one time and it died in the cold. Its not hardy on zone 8. I have another now that I am keeping as a container plant so that I can take it in and out

I just ran across this thread while doing a google search. I was also considering trying this one outside, but I guess I will not.
Anybody growing Dypsis decipiens outside in 8b/9a? I just stuck one in the ground. |
