Default I was wondering...

Hello, I guess I'll get straight to the point. I have a gran nain. The leaves are all twisted and whatnot I'm not sure what that means if anyone knows that would be great!

My main question that same plant I noticed this morning a flower was starting to come up. Well the flower is coming out of a pup instead of the main plant. Was wondering is that normal cause it seems king of strange! I'm new to this **** so you guys know more then me. Thanks !

Whatever is coming up does not look like a banana flower.
The flower is just right of center of the photo.

Is there is a chance that there was a bulb of another plant in your potting mix?
Possibly an aroid.?

A better photo/lighting is needed to see more definition of the flower, there is something there, but what is it.?

Yeah, too small for a flower... Can't see much with that pic though; way too dark and the angle is not great either. Can you take another one?

I put another on there. I have no other plant in there. And it's growing right out of the stem of the pup

Okay, you've mastered uploading to the gallery which is a stumper for many. After you do that, open your picture, right click on the top link then past it in your post. Makes it much easier for people to see and comment.
