Hi guys
. A new member, LeoLady, is having problems with browning leaves and a seemingly hollow stem on her banana plants. Would appreciate any discussion & help on this. Thanx!BYE Last edited by Eric : 10-17-2009 at 05:30 PM. |

I had that problem on one pup on my namwah. I was heavily watering it and it couldn't get enough sun due to mother's leaves, and my positioning of the plant near a 6' wood fence.

Try to let it dry out before watering any more. If the stem is hollow then the damage is already done to that particular stem. However, hopefully the corm may still be healthy and produce a pup in the near future.
