Help,looking for Musa Basjoo in Ontario
Hi does anyone know where I can find a Musa Basjoo in ontario? I actually just joined this community hoping someone knows where to find one. I had one on order since last winter but that order fell through and I found some out in BC but shipping is crazy. Really hoped to have one in the ground by now. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I find it astonishing you can't find a basjoo over there. They are a dime a dozen here. Every small nursery around seems to have them. And they are dirt cheap. Even Costco was selling 6 footers for $20 earlier this year.
I often see them at places like Canadian Tire or Home Depot being sold as 'hardy banana' - often they are small, and not infrequently in the houseplant section, but basjoo nonetheless. Let me know in about a month if you can't find one. Good luck.
