Default Why Dwarf Cavendish is growing slow?

Its been 4 months since my Dwarf Cavendish started to grow back for the spring, but over the months I have experienced that it is still the same height of 1 foot. I use Black Kow Soil and Palm Tree Fertilizer, the only difference is that the leaves got bigger and the stem got wider, but not growing in height. My Blue Java Banana Tree is growing extremely fast, it has gotten up to 7 feet in less than 4 months and this year it reached 10-11 feet. So does anyone know what seems to be the problem with my Dwarf Cavendish and what product I need to buy to make it grow faster.

DC is not a slow grower and it seems your soil and fertilizer is ok. Check the roots for health, soil moisture, varmits, etc.
