Default "Triple" Flower dilemma??

Hello! First time posting, I have a rather unique problem I would like advice on. 7 years ago in Orlando, started with a single dwarf Cavendish plant I bought at Home Depot. That single plant has multiplied and produced many dozens of pups over the years; we currently have 10 mature plants. Year 3, started getting double flowers on some plants. YAY! Read about double mahoi, cool. This year. 2 plants have 3 flowers each. The bananas don't seem to be growing as quickly. Should I cut off one branch to help the other two mature more rapidly? I have found if the bananas don't grow at a steady pace, they stagnate and rot before they ripen. Or, is there anything I can do to give these plants a quick boost so all three flowers produce? The bananas are amazingly delicious, by the way, and our neighbors look forward to the harvest every year!

Just copy & paste the 'Code for bulletin boards:', it's located directly below each photo.
