Default tips on growing Thai black?

I decided to get Thai black seeds because I would like to see them grown from seed since its much more rewarding to me even though I hear they can take months to even germinate. Does anyone have tips on how to germinate them "fast" and if so how fast does it grow. Im in zone 6b so I really don't expect it to survive a winter but with my others musas I built a wire cage around it about 3 feed wide wrapped blankets around the stem and filled it with leaves and mulch and it did really well so who knows I might as well chance it if these come up. Thank you anything helps

Sounds like you have the plan down....

Patience....
I just had some velutina become the new arrivals......exciting.
Treat the plant like you would your other tropicals
