Default Are these bananas normal?

I found about 3 of my 10 months old banana swollen. I suspect it's trying to bring out the bunch but am not sure.
Please let me know whether they are normal or something is wrong with them. See the images below.
Thanks.

They could be about to flower, but that swelling is not normal and could indicate a different issue.

Are the plants continuing to make leaves as normal?

This started about a week ago can't tell yet if the leaves are growing but will continue to monitor.

Could it be caused by the way you cut the old leaves

Hard to tell but my guess would be a choke...

Varieties I supposedly bought: Manzano, Cavendish, Blue Java, Sweetheart, and Gros Michel.
What it seems I actually have: Brazilian, Cavendish, Namwah, Dwarf Red, Gros Michel, Pisang Ceylon, Veinte Cohol and SH 3640, and American Goldfinger. FHIA 1, Paggi and FHIA 17... Always room for one more.

If there isn't growth out of the top it is likely a choke. You will know when it comes out the side
