Default Is this normal?

Do these dwarfs look normal or too much sun? I give them a little water everyday. I put them in a quick draining soil mix with some triple 14 food. They're growing but the leaf browning is scaring me.

Likely a combination of too much sun and too much heat, notice both browning in leaves as well as the next leaf pushing out before the last one was even able to come all the way out without looking shoved into the p-stem. For me, if my bananas did that it would be a sign of too much heat, sun, and not enough water. The sun part would primarily be because the banana was previously in a darker situation.

Thanks for the quick reply, I feel better now, its been 85-95 deg here with full sun, a little windy today. Should I reduce the amount of sun or put them in the shade for a few days or till the leaves turn green again. I'm great with cars, an idiot with plants.

How much water does it get? A little each day might not be enough, I'd water it each day til I know the soil is completely soaked, especially if it is a potted one. Then I'd put it in a little bit of shade, but not too much if you want to see fruit sooner. Best thing to do is give it partial shade during the hotter part of the day, or the last half of the day.

The watering depends but usually about 6:30 in the morning I'll water each plant pretty good, they usually start draining pretty good into the bottom tray. When I get home I check things out around 7pm and stick my finger in the soil, its more cool than moist, so I spray them a little more sometimes. I'll try moving them to the west side next to the fence by some coverage.

To me, they look quite sunburnt. Were they just moved into more sun then they were used to previously? If so, that happens to mine when I move them out for the summer. They get a bit burnt up, but recover nicely and new leaves are adapted to the sun (and won't burn like the older foliage).

Also, I'd refrain from fertilizing on such a young plant. That could be part of the problem. As for watering, it sounds like you are doing it correctly. Check potted plants twice a day during summer if outside...water well when dry.
