Default Something wrong with my DC?!

My Dwf Cavendish seems to have some trouble.
While banana tree is now fruiting, there happened a very strange(at least
to me)phomenon on the pseudotem near its bottom.

A strange pup-like thing came out breaking the pseudostem.

Is it a kind of choking or something? If it is a choking, could this happen
while the main pseudostem is still fruiting?

No, choking is the failure of the flower bud to properly or fully emerge fr, the pseudostem. This appears to be a pup that is emerging a little strangely.

One of my Elephant Ears has done this twice this season: I just cut them off.

I have seen this happen on some of my plants that were a bit neglected and the soil compacted or washed away to the point that the corm was very shallow and you could see the roots coming out and going down into the soil.
Sort of how your second photo looks, although you probably brushed the soil away to take the photo, I suppose!

I simply added more soil to the pot and the weird growth eventually turned into a regular pup.

I didn't brush the soil away befrore taking the second photo.
Considering from the shape of the object, it must be a pup, but the funny
thing is that it came out from inside of the pseudostem breaking it.
Is it so said that a second embryo is somehow formed in the same pstem?

As, others mentioned, it is just a sucker (axillary bud) that for whatever reason decided to start growing when it normally would not have. It's not a problem. If you don't want a sucker growing there or in that manner then just cut it off.
