Noob question... How do I properly store a banana plant? I plan on putting it in the basement due the the local climate. My plan is to allow them to go dormant by putting the root in trash a trash bag, and puting them in the basement. Do I trim off the leaves before storing them, or do I store them as is and trim the leaves in the Spring? Also, how far down do I cut the stalk in Spring?
Thanks. |

Why would anyone on here appreciate such an arrogant response?
