Default please help me I'm new to growing bananas

I planted some musa basjoo last year. They did fine. I covered them with mulch through the winter. Some came back, some didn't but they had pups. The leaves look good when they come out, but then they get little spots on them and turn a yellowish color. Here are the pictures. Please help me. Thank you.

It looks like you have spider mites. There are a ton of threads on the topic here, do a quick search to find ways to get rid of them.

It looks like spider mites to me too. Look for some small spider-like creatures or small webs and if they are there, you should start treating it as soon as possible. These kinds of miniature wounds can also be caused by very invasive ants (or in my case they did something similar).

One way or another, it's definitely some buggy or spidey critters.

It has been extremely humid here for weeks, lots of rain. I looked for spider mites and didn't see any spiderwebs or bugs. I got Spectricide that's suppose to kill everything. The Seven's dust is only 5% this year. I'll spray it and hope for the best. I do have ants all over the wood fence by the plants. I didn't see any ants on my plants. I put ant granules over there too, just in case. Thanks for all of your help!!

If the seven's dust works, please let us know. I'm new at growing banana plants too. I only have one [the first two died] and those leaves, on yours, look scary! Thanks and best of luck!

I found the spider webs and eggs today. They are mostly on my yuccas and red hot pokers, which are alternated between the bananas. I sprayed spectricide malathion on the leaves, drenched them a few days ago and again today. Hopefully it will kill them.
Thanks everyone for all of your help!!!

That didn't look like spider mites to me. it looked like the weather. Ours do that sometimes in the spring and in the fall when weather conditions are not just right. Spider mites will cause a silvering look to the leaves, and webs/silvering/gold color on the bottoms of the leaves. Not overall specks and brown spots. That's environmental. Probably too much water. It will grow out of it.
If you found spider mites on other plants in the area though, it's a good thing you treated them. You know this wet weather won't hold out forever, and they will then spread.

Whatever is on it is draining energy from the plant, and they sure aren't doing the plant any good. :^)
