Europe Hardiness Zone Map

With winter coming, it would be ashame to plant it outside then pot it when the cold arrives. Maybe try getting a larger pot and some potting soil that drains well and keep the plant inside during the cold months. Most people use a compost for planting bananas. So many positives. But, compost doesn't smell good in the home.
You can also research the temperature limitations of the banana plant and use the 'zone' link above to help.
I wouldn't purchase any lights for the plants. Just the normal room or home lights will be fine. And not to close to the heater.
Don't 'over-water' during winter....banana roots and plant will rot if soil remains wet for too long.

Research questions on this forum....There is soooo much information available to you here.

Good Luck

That's totally going to be your own call.
I like the plants in my own house.
