Malbhog is apparently a Silk cultivar (i.e., related to Manzano) that can get pretty tall, 3.6 m according to MGIS:
Welcome to MGIS I've seen Dhusray listed as a synonym for Monthan, which gets 3-4 m tall. I couldn't find anything on the others. |

Re: Musa 'Dajiao','Dhusray','Hajaray' and 'Malbhog' info needed!
Thank you very much for the information Mark!
I didnt look these cultivars up at MGIS as i didnt think they would be there, thanks for looking them up for me! I also looked Dajiao up and found 3 cultivars of Dajiao,2 of which had info on height. They get around 2 to 3m tall which is pretty short, even though they are ABB and not Dwarfs. I wonder how tall the Dajiao cultivar circulating in our hobby gets. For Hajaray,i found nothing on MGIS,no matter how i tried spelling it. Has anyone grown Dajiao or Hajaray or any of the other two varieties i ask about, to flowering? If yes what pseudostem height did it reach? Thank you very much in advance!
