Musa Banana Tree
Good afternoon,
I was given 2 banana trees. It turns out they both have brown spot. One of my trees actually broke. I have cut it down. I have read that they will leaf out again. Is this true |

That pesky brown spot.....could be the result of the short days and cooler weather. Your plant will regrow from the cut you made but it will take some time. Many of the forum members will cut their plants in half to reduce size to ship to one another. A new leaf could be popping out soon and the plant will sort itself out soon if you live in a warm area.
