Most of the big box stores will sell plants in your area as annuals......check them out..
Another source which I use when in need is Craigs List.
I have had great success in South Florida .
This is a live post in your area..
Backyard gardeners are generally the BEST people you may purchase from, and there is usually something else in the garden which you might want, and the gardener will usually be more than happy to assist you.

I bought a couple of basjoos from Lowe's earlier in the season. All they have now are red bananas for $59.99. It can't hurt to check. You can always try knocking on doors too, if you see a nice clump in someone's yard. The worst that can happen is that they say no. Carry something with you to trade, and you'd be surprised at some of the deals you can make.
