Default Florida Hill contact

Does anyone have a contact # for Florida Hill Nursery besides the email complaint ?
Every time I email them I get some kind of song & dance. Last year I requested a MeKong replacement and they said they were out of stock, yet the order page said that they had over 300 in stock. I'm tired of arguing through email

There have been a few threads on here discussing the HORRIBLE experiences most people have had with Florida Hill Nursery. I also had a problem with them and advise you to forget about it, there seems to be a seriously deranged person or persons running that place. Let it go and chalk it up as a learning experience and check out companies reviews/complaints online before buying from them. They have your money and don't care about anything else. I would love to know their political mindset, a low information voter no doubt. Too many people in the business world are total scumbags, approach every purchase with a little caution.

I don't know if the phone number is accurate and if you really want to contact them on the phone, but I found this on Dave's Garden website:

Well at 5 emails and a nasty closing letter I finally got my point across. I told them that all my business is on hold till this matter is resolved. All I wanted was for them to send out another plant. Whoever it was on the other end was so tight, they wouldn't even consider comping the shipping. They sent me a one sentience letter saying I would be credited one plant
Buyer beware..... Use caution when making purchases without a phone #

On a funny note.... Placed a order with Ted today and talked to him on the phone prior to making the order. It was nice, reminded me of the old days when there was customer service

Glad to hear that your were even able to talk to someone there. I read where people were being blacklisted on eBay and the phone by the owners of this place.

I have ordered some plants from Going Bananas and found them very accommodating. I am looking forward to a good relationship with them.

Just want to point out that Going Bananas and Florida Hill Nursery are two different companies.
